What began as a dream between two young women grew into a thriving business – driven by passion, purpose, and a commitment to reshaping the real estate landscape.

Over the years, we've transformed dozens of inactive or underperforming properties into highly profitable assets, designed with elegance and integrated seamlessly into their surroundings. Some have become sought-after vacation rentals; others have been rented long-term or sold after full renovation and value increase.

By the time we arrived in Madrid, we already had a decade behind us – but nothing prepared us for the rhythm, charm, and challenge of the Spanish capital.
In the heart of the city, we began renovating classic urban apartments –
learning to create beauty within existing limits:
low ceilings? we added vertical light.
narrow rooms? we opened up flow through clever design.
Madrid allowed us to blend our warm, detailed, feminine approach into a high-paced, modern lifestyle.
Portugal taught us about balance – between beauty and durability, between climate and comfort.
Close to the Atlantic coast, we had to find materials that could stand the test of time (and humidity), without losing their warmth.
We transformed warehouses and inactive commercial spaces into cozy, high-performing holiday units.
We landscaped lush gardens, planted trees, designed heated saltwater pools and wellness zones.
And then – we built a full resort village, from scratch.
Here, we learned: aesthetics and practicality are not enemies – they’re partners.
In a quiet, green suburb of central Israel, we took our first leap into new construction.
From an empty plot, we built two family villas – choosing every tile, every faucet, every line of the plan.
It felt like watching a baby grow – slowly, lovingly – until it stood proudly on its own.
That project taught us that we’re not just renovators.
We’re creators. We build homes that breathe.
2016 – Germany | Precision as a Mindset
It all started in Germany, with a single apartment and a dream.
In a culture built on structure, quality, and longevity – we learned to work with precision.
We renovated old apartments into beautiful modern homes, and quickly scaled up to full-building projects.
Timelines, insulation systems, smart energy solutions – all became second nature.
Germany also introduced us to property management – because when you build something right, you want to take care of it right.
